Working on The AA Smart Care (in collaboration with Uber), I designed intuitive booking flows and a service provider portal, making it one of the most used services on The AA website. For The AA Car Leasing, I created a user-friendly interface that streamlined the process of finding and managing low-mileage car purchases. Both projects were delivered successfully, resulting in a contract extension for an additional year.
